Heat-sealing performance is finely tuned for consistent peel force, ensuring smooth operation with standard cover tapes and reducing downtime caused by unstable feeding.
Warpage and burrs are strictly controlled, making the tape resistant to deformation during winding, stacking, and shipping, minimizing component damage.

Production takes place in a 1,000,000-class cleanroom to ensure dust-free quality.We follow ISO9001 and automotive-grade quality systems, with three-level inspection and 3D imaging measurement. CPK is stably ≥6.0.
