LZ644 is a high-precision narrow-width carrier tape developed for 3225 rectangular SMD resistors and capacitors. Generic 8mm carrier tapes often have oversized pockets, which allow small 3225 components to shake freely inside the cavity, leading to component tilting and empty pick faults on high-speed SMT machines.
We carefully calibrated the 2.72×3.45mm cavity to perfectly match the outline of 3225 chips, minimizing free space to lock components steadily in place. The 0.22mm thin new PC substrate maintains good flexibility without permanent curling after multi-layer reel winding. The 1.00° balanced demolding angle balances smooth mold stripping and pocket surface finish, lowering defect rates during continuous mass thermoforming. The new black conductive PC material delivers consistent surface resistance without surface coating shedding, fully protecting sensitive passive components from electrostatic damage during production and storage. All dimensional data strictly follows EIA-481 global carrier tape standards, fully compatible with all mainstream 8mm narrow-width taping and pick-and-place equipment.
